1. Services

IrelandSEOAgency provides SEO and digital marketing services as described in your individual proposal or service agreement. The specific deliverables, scope and fees are set out there and take precedence over any general description on this website.

2. Fees & payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance and are exclusive of VAT, which is applied where required by Irish law. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on your invoice.

3. No lock-in contracts

Our monthly plans are rolling agreements. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any work commissioned or committed to before cancellation remains payable.

4. Results & no guarantee

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competitor activity. While we apply proven, ethical methods and have a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results. We never make guarantees that would breach search-engine guidelines.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information and approvals needed to deliver the services, and confirm you have the right to use any materials you supply to us.

6. Intellectual property

Deliverables created for you become yours on full payment. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

Our total liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the relevant claim, to the extent permitted by Irish law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
